Leeds secured top seeding in the playoffs with a 44-8 defeat of Hull KR last Friday night and thus earned the historic right to pick their opponents in the semi-final.
And Rhinos chief executive Gary Hetherington has confirmed the club have a plan in place for Sundays draw: As far as ClubCall is concerned, we will have a strategy for deciding who we pick at Sundays press conference.
Myself, Bryan [McClennan] and the coaching staff will decide on who our pick will be.
Leeds will be able to choose between the winners of Friday nights clash between Huddersfield and Catalans or Saturdays game between Hull KR and Wigan. The team not picked by the Rhinos will face St Helens, who secured a home semi-final with a 15-2 win over Huddersfield last week.
Hetherington is confident Leeds players will be focussed on reaching the Grand Final and defending their title, whoever is chosen as their opponents.
The players are not bothered who we play because they know that every team will be extremely tough just 80 minutes away from Old Trafford, he added.
Leeds finished the regular season top of the Super League table, four points clear of second-placed St Helens. Victory in their semi-final would keep them on course to complete a hat-trick of Super League titles.
