The Stamford Bridge outfit have witnessed rivals Manchester United win the title for the past three seasons and both Drogba and Terry are determined to change their fortunes.
Terry said: 'We have been there the past three years but we have thrown it away.
'But we are playing well at the moment and have a great team spirit, and we hope we can stay at the top.'
Drogba added: 'We have shown that we can be champions but we have thrown crucial points away at home the past couple of years, but we are confident at the moment, and it is easier to play with confidence.'
The Ivory Coast striker took his personal goal tally against Arsenal to ten in 11 games with his two goals at the Emirates, and revealed that he always enjoys playing against the Gunners.
'I like to play Arsenal because it is the team that everyone followed when I played football in France.
'I also used to support Arsenal but now I do a job for my team.'
