Peter White was axed after he posted his views on Facebook.
Mr White, who was seeking election to Havering borough council in London, was sacked for comparing the idea of having a public holiday for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee to 'celebrating vermin'.
In comments posted on the Facebook page of Tory MP Andrew Rosindell, who is campaigning for a high-profile celebration of the milestone, Mr White also called the Queen a 'parasite'.
The Diamond Jubilee is due to be celebrated in 2012.
A Labour party official confirmed that Mr White had been sacked after being summoned to a meeting with officers from the London Regional Labour Party. He had earlier been forced to apologise for his comments.
In his rant Mr White wrote: ''What is the point of celebrating the Diamond Jubilee of someone who is born into a position of privilege, she is a parasite and milks this country for everything she can.''
He continued: ''She has more front than Margate asking for extra money from the civil list. Maybe she should sell a couple of her properties.
'Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with a public holiday but lets [sic] have one that means something, rather than celebrating vermin.'
Mr Rosindell, MP for Romford, said: 'Frankly his actions have warranted the decision. I think it is fully understandable that Labour would want to disassociate themselves from him.'
Mr White initially defended his comments, but later issued an apology. He said: 'The way I expressed myself was totally inappropriate. I regret what I said and apologise unreservedly.'
Labour will now look for a new candidate for Havering borough council.
